“We went to the meeting g place we had been given but no guide was there. A guide from another company called Oway, which we had been to.d was our guide for the tour. They said the location had been changed. We had received no notification. As we were trying to find the new location we got a call saying our tour had to leave the meeting g point. Luckily we were able to meet up with the group just before they entered the Catedral. This was very stressful,and we received no apology.”
