“One poor elderly couple got 3 hours to destination but didn’t have passports so were refused entry. This is despite when booking you have to provide all passport details. Nowhere on the website does it say you have to bring them physically on the tour. Considering the place is empty this seems crazy so this couple had to sit around the whole day and then travel 3 hours home. Why did the tour guide not check before we left town. Extremely poor service.”

“This is a very interesting trip. The lunch was very good, but handed out drinks that weren't included with the lunch--this caused confusion. The venders in the markets were very aggressive. Our Guide, Rasheed, was good--although I would have liked to hear more history from the region. It was a fun day, but it seemed like a selling opportunity for the vendors.”
